Create the cakes you've always wanted to...
No more cake fails or stressful moments in the kitchen!
Why we created cake school
Foundations Masterclass
We’ve spent hours and hours in the kitchen trying to perfect our cakes.
We’ve had split ganache, messy ganache, uneven cakes, ripped fondant, elephant skin, less than perfect results and on several occasions…
that totally dreaded CAKE FAIL!
You can’t get great results on your cakes if your foundations aren’t set firm (just like your ganache!)
You need to master the foundations of cake decorating first before you progress your skills, so you can then go on to achieve those jaw dropping cakes you see on Pinterest and Instagram – and we can help you do this!
