Are you sick of experiencing cake fails and stressful moments in the kitchen?
Learn to create the cakes you’ve always wanted to!
Why we created cake school
We’ve spent hours and hours in the kitchen trying to perfect our cakes.
We’ve had split ganache, messy ganache, uneven cakes, ripped fondant, elephant skin, less than perfect results and on several occasions…
that totally dreaded CAKE FAIL!
You can’t get great results on your cakes if your foundations aren’t set firm (just like your ganache!)
You need to master the foundations of cake decorating first before you progress your skills, so you can then go on to achieve those jaw dropping cakes you see on Pinterest and Instagram – and we can help you do this!
Who is this course for?
Those who have baked and decorated cakes before, but want to get better results – smoother ganache, smoother fondant, spend less time achieving this and better results with less stress
Those who have not used ganache or fondant before, or have only used it once or twice before running for the hills! This course will teach you how to use ganache and fondant with confidence and ease
