Hi,

I am a Self-taught Cake Designer from France, I opened my home business in Perth in 2016.

I make all kind of cakes for any event, enjoy working with fondant, and my favourite style is sculpted cakes.

I also teach Cake decorating classes in WA, going up to Exmouth at least once a year to share my skills in remote areas. I am as well an international Cake Instructor, been invited to a cake conference in NZ in 2023. I have a couple of online courses but also offer Cake Consulting helping hobby bakers and professional Cake Decorators to achieve their projects, I can assist on a single step or the whole design, even by messages or zoom call.

In 2021 I've made Perth tallest wedding cake, which is probably the tallest in Australia with 2.61m.
