Cake Camp 2025 — Sweet, Social & Seriously Inspiring! 🍰🎉
From 27 to 29 June, over 50 cake lovers from across Australia swapped their kitchens for the stunning Fairmont Resort in the Blue Mountains for the ultimate caker getaway. And what a weekend it was!
This year’s camp was all about creativity, connection, cookies and cake (obviously!).
Campers got hands-on with five amazing teachers, learning everything from Lambeth piping and fondant textures to royal icing, buttercream florals, fondant toppers and more. A huge shoutout to our talented teaching team:

With two half day workshops on Saturday and a full day workshop on Sunday, everyone left with new skills, fresh inspo and a whole lot of new friends 💗
But Cake Camp isn’t just about the learning. Friday night kicked off with a relaxed welcome catch up, and Saturday night was all about letting loose with our signature games night. Prizes, belly laughs and new friendships made it a night to remember.
The Cake Decorating Central Pop Up Shop was a massive hit too, giving campers the chance to stock up on sprinkles, buttercream, tools,colours and more.
