She will also be teaching her chocolate secrets course at Australia’s best cake decorating retreat, VIC Cake Camp on 26-28 May 2017. The course will cover various techiques from the basics to the more advanced which includes achieving perfect chocolate moulds, creating different textures with bubble wraps, tempering & colouring chocolates and a lot more.
