Wafer & Buttercream Florals
Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- Create a perfect buttercream finish
- Securing and working with styro dummies
- Colour buttercream
- Work with palette knives to create buttercream florals
- Create additional textures and gold accents
- Colour and work with wafer paper
- Create wafer paper roses
- Make wafer paper filler flowers
- Securely attach wafer paper flowers to your design
- Students will take home a styro display cake adored with wafer paper florals
Skill level: No prior experience required

HOW DO I BOOK?
Cake Camp tickets will be available on Friday 6th December.
Campers will select their classes at the time of booking and secure these with a deposit of $295.
The balance can be paid by these payment methods:
– In full, balance of $995 by 24th January 2025
– In instalments of $45 per week over 23 weeks (includes $1.70 per week admin fee to pay in instalments)
Instalment plan must be commenced by 26th December to complete all payments before the event
