Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- How to work with styrofoam tiers
- Colour and texture fondant
- Determine colour palettes, mediums and textures to get the effect you want
- Arrange textured pieces down your cake to create a stunning effect
- Secure textured sails and other mediums to your cake
- Finish your cake with accessories
- Students will take home a single tier styro display cake
Skill level: No prior experience required
Saturday Afternoon
1/2 Day Course
Wedding Movement
& Floral Arranging
Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- How to work with styrofoam tiers
- Colour fondant
- Cover cake in fondant creating a draping effect
- Preparing and arranging florals
- Securing florals to your cake
- Students will take home a styro display cake
Skill level: No prior experience required
Sunday Full Day Course
Advanced Wedding
Techniques & Textures
Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- How to work with styrofoam tiers
- How to secure styro tiers together
- Create sails from fondant, wafer paper & other mediums
- Cohesive sail placement to achieve desired effect
- Mask buttercream with perfect finish
- Determine colour palettes, mediums and textures to get the effect you want
- Students will take home a styro display cake
Skill level: No prior experience required
HOW DO I BOOK?
Cake Camp tickets will be available on Friday 6th December.
Campers will select their classes at the time of booking and secure these with a deposit of $295.
The balance can be paid by these payment methods:
– In full, balance of $995 by 24th January 2025
– In instalments of $45 per week over 23 weeks (includes $1.70 per week admin fee to pay in instalments)
Instalment plan must be commenced by 26th December to complete all payments before the event
