- Fondant techniques to create eyes, ears, hat
- Practice piping sheet
- Step by step piping to build on different piping techniques
- How to achieve different effects with the same piping tip
- Students will take home a finished tall mudcake

Sunday Full Day Course
Buttercream 2 tier
Intermediate/Advanced Lambeth

Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- Use the Loyal dowel system
- Securely stack your two tier cake with a central dowel
- Stack and crumb coat your cake
- Colour buttercream to achieve vibrant colours
- Use the colour wheel
- Mask buttercream to get a perfect finish
- Advanced lambeth piping techniques with two tiers of different techniques
- Practice piping sheet
- Step by step piping to build on lambeth
- Finished with BLUE cherries on top!
- Learn how to colour cherries
- Finishing touches such as sprinkles and glitter spray
- Students will take home a two tier lambeth mudcake
Skill level: Some experience in using buttercream would be beneficial

Campers will select their classes at the time of booking and secure these with a deposit of $295.
The balance can be paid in full or in weekly instalments.
