CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be made, unless where required by consumer law. If a participant wishes to transfer their ticket ACDN may be able assist in finding a new participant to buy their ticket. A $50 admin fee will be payable if ACDN assists in reselling ticket. The decorators promoted have confirmed their attendance at this event. Unfortunately sometimes there are changes to decorators outside of our control. In the case of a change in decorator, we will inform participants as soon as possible and aim to replace the decorator with a decorator of similar skill level or abilities. Changes to decorators or itinerary will not warrant a refund of ticket purchase. We guarantee we will aim to make this the best cake decorating event possible! Liability ACDN will not be held responsible for any delays, transport, accommodation or other costs associated with the event. Participants must complete the participant form including notifying ACDN of any relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event commencing.
Minimum numbers are required for this event to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not achieved for the event, the event may be cancelled or postponed. Refunds will be made in full in this case. It is advisable not to book accommodation, travel and other bookings until after confirmation has been made that the event will go ahead. Choosing to do so is at the discretion of the participant. The Australian Cake Decorating Network will not be held liable for any costs related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
Payments made under the payment plan are non-refundable. All payments on the payment plan must be complete no less than 10 days prior to the event. If payments are not completed by this date your ticket may be forfeited.
