Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- How to prepare fondant for creating toppers
- Proportion and weigh fondant to create realistic toppers
- Design toppers in proportion to your overall cake design
- Break animal toppers down to shapes to create them
- Assemble fondant toppers securely
- Add proportionate and realistic facial features
- Add other decorations to compliment toppers
- Learn about placement and securing toppers to your cake
- Students will take home 3x fondant animals and additional jungle decorations to create a jungle topper set
Skill level: No prior experience required

Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- Cover a tall round cake using the wrap method
- Break down a design into shapes and recreate it
- Master the design and proportion of a novelty cake
- Mould fondant for 2d decorations
- Create precise fondant stripes
- Mould decorations by hand and with cutters
- Building fondant toppers
- Monogramming
- Students will take home a finished styro cake
Skill level: No prior experience required
HOW DO I BOOK?
Cake Camp tickets will be available on Friday 6th December.
Campers will select their classes at the time of booking and secure these with a deposit of $295.
The balance can be paid by these payment methods:
– In full, balance of $995 by 24th January 2025
– In instalments of $45 per week over 23 weeks (includes $1.70 per week admin fee to pay in instalments)
Instalment plan must be commenced by 26th December to complete all payments before the event
