1/2 Day Course
Royal Icing Beginner
Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- Make perfect, puffy royal icing the Miss Biscuit way
- The basics outlining and flooding
- Decorate a cookie with multiple stages
- Dry your cookies using a dehydrator for the best results
- Store your royal icing and your cookies for maximum shelf life
- Additional techniques such as creating texture, adding sprinkles/fondant, stenciling and/or wet on wet techniques
- Students will take home a finished set of cookies
Skill level: No prior experience required

Saturday Afternoon
1/2 Day Course
Royal Icing Beginner / Intermediate
Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- Perfect your flooding for a neat and seamless finish
- Piping basic florals
- Dry your cookies using a dehydrator for the best results
- Additional techniques such as transfers, piping smaller details, leaves, stenciling, texture, and/or parchment
- Students will take home a finished set of cookies
Skill level: No prior experience required

Sunday Full Day Course
Royal Icing Advanced
Learning Outcomes
Students in this course will learn to:
- Choose the right consistency for different purposes
- Develop ideas for creating your own designs
- Dry your cookies using a dehydrator for the best results
- Piping florals
- Additional techniques such piping instinct details, transfers, piping font and/or painting
- Students will take home a finished set of cookies
Skill level: Some experience in using Royal Icing would be beneficial

HOW DO I BOOK?
Cake Camp tickets will be available on Friday 6th December.
Campers will select their classes at the time of booking and secure these with a deposit of $295.
The balance can be paid by these payment methods:
– In full, balance of $995 by 24th January 2025
– In instalments of $45 per week over 23 weeks (includes $1.70 per week admin fee to pay in instalments)
Instalment plan must be commenced by 26th December to complete all payments before the event
