1. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, Kenwood, the Australian Cake Decorating Network, Festival of Cake and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 9:30 AM on Saturday, 21st September 2024 and closes at 4:00 PM AEST on Sunday, 22nd September 2024.

3. How to Enter
Participants must complete the official entry form and submit their guess for how many lollies are in the bowl. One entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize
The prize consists of the following items:

1 x Kenwood Titanium Chef XL KWL90.004SI (RRP $999)
1 x Kenwood Decorating Set KWSD100 (RRP $229)
Total prize value is $1,228.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be the person who guesses the closest number of lollies in the bowl by 4:00 PM AEST on Sunday, 22nd September 2024.

In the event that multiple participants submit the same closest guess, the winner will be drawn at random from those entries.
The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the competition closing. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of the notification email being sent. If the prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next closest guess or to select a new winner through a random draw.

6. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to any address within Australia at no cost to the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during shipping.

7. Marketing Consent
By entering this competition and completing the entry form, you agree to receive marketing emails from both Kenwood and the Australian Cake Decorating Network. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

8. Privacy

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if it is not able to be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or human errors that may occur in the course of the competition.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of Australia.
