Refunds will not be made in any circumstance, unless where required by consumer law. If a participant wishes to transfer their ticket ACDN can assist in finding a new participant to buy their ticket. A $50 admin fee will be payable if ACDN assists in reselling ticket.
Participants may sell their ticket to another person, however must inform ACDN of any name changes at least one week prior to the event.

ACDN will not be held responsible for any delays, transport, accommodation or other costs associated with the event. Participants must complete the participant form including notifying ACDN of any relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event commencing.

Minimum numbers are required for this event to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not achieved for the event, the event may be cancelled or postponed. Refunds will be made in full in this case. It is advisable not to book accommodation, travel and other bookings until after confirmation has been made that the event will go ahead. Choosing to do so is at the discretion of the participant. The Australian Cake Decorating Network will not be held liable for any costs related to the cancellation or postponement of an event, or in any other case.

Payment via payment plan includes an admin fee.
Payments must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event. Any tickets that are not paid in full a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event may be forfeited without refund
