our guest blogger, Jessica Holmes. Though, it was posted 3 months ago in her blogsite, something as delicious as this does not really need an occassion for us make (well, the very thought that we love nutella, oreo, and cheesecake all together in a recipe is enough reason for us!)

NUTELLA OREO CHEESECAKE by Jessica Holmes

Fellow bakers and cake makers, I have a treat for you! This Nutella Oreo Cheesecake combines all your favourite things into one giant dessert. It begins will a delicious chocolate Oreo biscuit base. Then we add a creamy Nutella cheesecake filling before topping it with swirls of chocolate cream and a slathering of toasted hazelnuts. It really is a chocolate lovers dream! The best part is it’s so easy to put together. It’s no bake, so you don’t even have to switch your oven on. I made this for my family at Christmas and it was a hit for young and old alike. I don’t know about you but Nutella is my weakness. If there is a jar in the house, I can’t help but grab a spoon and go to town. So this is a great way to use it and I guarantee it will impress your family and friends!

NUTELLA OREO CHEESECAKE

Serves 10-12

Ingredients

40 Oreo biscuits

9 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

500 grams cream cheese, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup caster sugar

1 and 1/4 cup Nutella

3 cups whipped cream

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon icing sugar

3/4 cup hazelnuts, skinless
