The 2018 ACDN Industry Awards will be held on the Bella Vista Yacht on Sydney Harbour, operated by All Occasion Cruises.
The event starts at 7pm sharp. Please arrive by 6:45pm to allow time to board the boat. The yacht will be leaving from King St Wharf at 7:15pm sharp. If you miss the departure you will not be able to attend the event.
Tickets are non-refundable once you have selected and paid for your ticket you will not be able to move tables, so please make your seat selection carefully.
If you are no longer able to attend the event, you may sell your ticket, however you must inform us of the name change no less than 14 days prior to the event.
Last minute name changes are at the discretion of the event organisers.
The dress code for this event is FORMAL. Anyone not dressed to the code may be refused entry.
This event is not suitable for babies or children. Children over the age of 16 are invited to attend with a responsible adult and will be required to purchase a ticket also.
Tables seat 10 people. Some tables may be increased to sit 11 people at the discretion of the event organisers.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be made, unless where required by consumer law. If a participant wishes to transfer their ticket ACDN may be able assist in finding a new participant to buy their ticket. A $50 admin fee will be payable if ACDN assists in reselling ticket.
The MCs promoted have confirmed their attendance at this event. Unfortunately sometimes there are changes to decorators outside of our control. In the case of a change in decorator, we will inform participants as soon as possible and aim to replace the decorator with a decorator of similar skill level or abilities.
ACDN will not be held responsible for any delays, transport, accommodation or other costs associated with the event. Participants must complete the participant form including notifying ACDN of any relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event commencing.
Minimum numbers are required for this event to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not achieved for the event, the event may be cancelled or postponed. Refunds will be made in full in this case. It is advisable not to book accommodation, travel and other bookings until after confirmation has been made that the event will go ahead. Choosing to do so is at the discretion of the participant. The Australian Cake Decorating Network will not be held liable for any costs related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
