We are lucky enough to have international sugar artist Kaysie Lackey back in our studios and we are taking her latest workshops on the road.
Kaysie’s workshops are 2 full days jam packed with techniques and skills that you will use many times over. Build armature structures and carve your cakes but that’s only the start. Each cake is covered and textured with a unique blend of modelling chocolate and fondant and then finished with plenty of Kaysie’s signature details.
